Trim Styrofoam block as needed for insertion into pictured vase.
Trim to fit snugly.  Avoid loose fit to ensure high degree of permanency.
Flowers of silk, actually polyester and/or polyester blend petals, when in an indoor location can last indefinitely.
Silk flowers when kept indoors in crypt, mausoleum or niche use, are practically immune to sun fading, UV light, and weather concerns.
